The BreakFree Anti-Inflammatory Diet Is Made of 4 Key Components:

 

Polyphenols

✅Polyphenols may help to control oxidative stress and the inflammatory response. This plan includes polyphenols found in dark chocolate, berries, apples, grapes, and oats.
